Spider-Man is Back! 
That’s right true believers, your favorite web-slinger is back bringing you all new action, worlds, and Spider-Men themselves. In Spider-Man™: Shattered Dimensions you’ll get to play as four completely unique Spider-Men in four distinct universes. Today we’ve announced two of these worlds and two more are still to come.
For those of you in the San Francisco Bay Area, be sure to check out our panel at SF Wonder Con this Saturday 4/3 from 3:30 – 4:30pm at the Moscone Center South in Room 103.
Be the first to hear directly from those closest to the game about what Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions is all about. Marvel writer Dan Slott (The Mighty Avengers, Amazing Spider-Man, and She-Hulk comic book series), actor Christopher Daniel Barnes (voice of Spider-Man TV series, 1994-1998; Greg Brady in The Brady Bunch Movie, 1995; voice of Eric in The Little Mermaid, 1989), developer Beenox’s Creative Director Thomas Wilson, and Activision Senior Producer Meghan Morgan will share their thoughts and insights about this exciting new project. Attendees will also get a chance to receive a limited edition poster signed by Stan Lee

I am hoping this touches on the TimeStorm 2009-2099 storyline...go Spider-Man 2099!! This game is looking good so far...lots of potential. Here’s hoping it’s as good as it looks!

I will tentatively say this looks fantastic. Stay true to the feel of the comics. Oh and Activision has not provided a satisfactory amount of alternate costumes in previous spider-man games. Please work on this.

spidey rocks!
i want the other 2 characters to either be:
scarlet spider, or spiderman unlimited; i kinda like the idea cuz he’ll have a cape. or maybe custom ironman made… spidey gold suit or the symbiote. but i’m just sharing my thoughts, i’m sure you guys have a sh*% load of idea anyways. i’ll be happy with whatever u guys deliver

I think that the other dimensions will be the 2099 universe and the 1602 universe.

I’m not holding my breath, but it does catch my interest. I do like the Noir Arkham Asylum feel too. And of course the classic red and blues always wins my vote. Make it happen!!!!

I’m really looking forward to this, no matter what versions of spider-man they ultimately go for. I hope they crack the code for spider-man games, cos they have been goin’ downhill. I think the most important things are:
Make the player feel like the web-slinger;
give us opportunities to feel really heroic;
give us a really good story;
give us interesting and workable controls;
make it open ended, so that even after the story’s done we can swing around foilling crimes and beating up bad-guys (this also gives the opourtunity to some dlc)- I was really annoyed at the end of web of shadows when after unlockin all spidey’s moves, I couldn’t take to the streets and fight some good old fashioned crime-;
Don’t carry over any elements from previous games, ask yourselves “what do spidey fans want to get from this game,” and if they find they did some things good in the past, thats just peachy, but originality is key.
So what do u think, I should of put this in a blog 
i just started ranting. Any thoughts?

I can’t wait for this!I’m a huge Spiderman video games fan,I’ve got all Spiderman games and I like them all except Spiderman 2 for PC.BTW please make this game for PC as well.
The other 2 universes I would like are 2099 and Unlimited(cartoon series)

I’m looking forward to the new spider-man game I played the spider-man game following the cartoon. I enjoyed a lot of things about spider-man even the symbiote and venom (one of my favorite villans and heroes). I want this to be a good game I’ve been waiting for a great one and this might be it.

I wish the two heroes and the other two may have seen each other.On the end,it should be the four great and last epic bosses[Amazing,Noir and the two shattered Spidermans]The one is character shattered should be Bugger[looks like half symbiote on the left,half carnage on the middle and the normal on the right]

The other one shattered character should be Divine Spiderman[He uses a cross-like web to attack and uses a cross to empty their enemies’ lies and sins which their body goes to heaven when they die on the game.It should also have a platform game console psp game.

Another request from my friends who is not registered here,their 1st answer[to the two mysterious shattered Spidermans]is the Navy Spiderman[uses a web-like depulsor sender cannon and launches it to send the enemies to the War Year but it’s their nightmare Spider-Soldiers because the humans their are all Spidermans with web-like guns]and the other 1st answer is the Hawk-Spiderman[allows Spiderman to fly with Spider-feet which is web-like fly-mechanical gadget used by Vulture]The 2nd answer is Hive-Spiderman[indian cloth spider garments,uses bow to launch any elemental web arrows]and the Poisonous-Natural Spiderman[launches web bullets with sharped poisonous gem on edge,has powers to control insects,animals and plants,has care for naturality]

All of this has the same stats with Amazing and Noir and have the same powers as Noir and Amazing Spider-man does.Their suggestion in the end is they meet each other in dimensional path to the year 3000 and starts on the planet Mercury,until the Nightrawler 3000 came to send the invitation to the chaos of the 3000 New York City on Earth to destroy it,probably Noir Spiderman send back a powerful stab punch to him and the Night crawler dies over-choked from Noir.They together fight for New York to save it from CHAOS.

By symbiote spider-man being in the amazing dimension then I hope they add symbiote in the amazing so that he would be in the game b/c it would be awesome to use the powers and agility of the symbiote again.

Spidey 2099 is my front-runner for the third spot. Hooray and cheers to this beautiful looking game. hope it holds up to the hype it will undoubtedly get. When will we know the 3rd and 4th ‘mensions?? Thanks!!!

This is a really great looking game. I hope it delivers well. I definitely can’t wait to play as Spider-Man 2099 in this game. He has always been one of my favorite Spideys. And Spider-Man Noir looks promising. Reminds me of the stealth and take downs you had to do in Batman: Arkham Asylum. Although I’m not saying this game will rip off that game, I’m just saying that I will really like that aspect in this game. Pretty cool stuff though! I pre-ordered this game from GameStop, so I can’t wait to get it!
