Here are the rules:

1. You have 12 actions per day, (3 per category) you can:
- Give a character a point
- Take a character a point
- Fill an empty slot with a character
2. You can: “give, take and fill”; “2X give and take”; “give and 2X fill” ; “3X take”; etc, etc, basically you can do with your 3 actions per day whatever you want.
3. When a slot is filled the character automatically gets one point.
4. When a character gets to 0 points he gets erased and the slot becomes empty.
5. If one character gets 10 points he gets into the Tournament.
6. Once a character is in the tournament he can no longer be moved.
7. The order that a character gets into the tournament is their seed, (1st confirmed in a category is the #1 seed, 2nd is #2 seed, etc)
