Hi VIPs!

Some of you might remember me from the first MUA - it’s Kalina.  I used to drop in quite a bit on the first game to let VIPs in on exciting news and reveals - I’ve since passed the torch onto “NewsLad” so I can focus on actually launching the very cool MUA2!  But as NewsLad mentioned when I first passed the torch so to speak, I’ve been here all along behind the scenes. 

I DID promise I would drop in occasionally so here I am.  Just wanted to say hi to MUA2 VIPs.  And as you’ve seen by now, a long time ago I said one of my favorite characters I’ve been pushing for is finally in the game and he’s been revealed - yours truly Gambit!  As for our last reveals, stay tuned tomorrow.  NewsLad already dropped some hints and I checked out the boards and some of you have already guessed who is going to make a VERY COOL entry on IGN tomorrow.  Tune into IGN for some of the best, most visual moves in the game - fusions with this character ROCK.

As for other characters… well, I think people know by now that there ARE going to be a few more characters in the roster for Wii, PS2, PSP and NDS.  If I told you this about the characters, would you be able to figure it out?

(1) One of the characteres is my other all-time favorite, so this one is a giveaway to anyone who knows Kalina. 

(2) Another character was PRETTY prominent in the Marvel Civil War story.

(3) One character was in MUA1 but has a completely different treatment here.  This one has had a few different iterations.

(4) One character is an original. 

OK, that’s it from me for now.  I’ll try and drop in tomorrow with some of my favorite screenshots… and yes, who these characters are if you haven’t guessed already…

Hi Kalina! It’s good to see you again. We miss you from the old MUA site, but News Lad has been doing a great job.

Now I’m thoroughly confused. “VERY COOL” entry points to Iceman, but we’re not getting him until tomorrow? The Wii exclusives have already been leaked.

But you just nailed the coffin for everyone who cringes at the thought of Iceman being the final reveal. :( No need to keep refreshing the IGN page now.

Either that was the least subtle clue in history or a great red herring. Unfortunately, I’m sure it’s the former.

It sounds like it might be either Iceman or Emma Frost based on the “VERY COOL” and “ROCK” parts in that post.

I diamond is a rock, and “Frost” is very cool.

Then again, there’s Iceman, and ice is like a rock too.

That confirms even more that Psylocke is exclusive.

He can fly. He isn’t “very cool”, he hasn’t been drawn by all those artists mentioned by News Lad, and the devs have said they wouldn’t have any initial phasers.

There is supposed to be a video to accompany this, which I didn’t see this morning so I assumed the reveal had pushed off one day to tomorrow.  That said, the video should be up tomorrow and you need to check out Iceman’s moves before you make up your mind about him. 

As for the Wii/PS2/PSP exclusives, well if the info. leaked already, the least we can do is show VIPs some exclusive screenshots.  Since I can’t post images here, stay tuned to our NEWS section…

And if anyone was wondering who the PRETTY prominent character in the Marvel Civil War story is… say hi to She-Hulk!  She-Hulk and Sentry will be making an appearance in MUA2, playable on the NDS.
