I noticed that people talk about this, so here is a proper thread for it. So, are some characters just clones of each other? Will Venom play differently from Carnage? Share your thoughts here! (Beginning of the thread is from elsewhere.)

Venom and Carnage will. play differently, no doubt about it.

But I wanna know why people say Black Cat wouldnt play differently from DD or Wolverine when in fact she would.

Black Cat would play more similar to Black Panther than DD and/or Wolverine at least with the claw swipes she would but she would basically have a power that would be the same as Spidey’s with his Web-yank with her hook. That is probably why Dan T said that she wouldnt bring anything unique to the game.

She would have a web yank like move, web mace like move, a claw attack and a leap attack most likely.

Exactly. She wouldnt bring anything unique to the game that Spider-Man and Black Panther already do.

But with Black Cat, no character has a whole set of moves that is all there own. They only have 1! I’m sure they could make her play differently.

Okay, lemme think of something really quick..

Black Cat would most likely have a stun move thats like a kiss (ie:Spiderman:Web Of Shadows)
A claw swipe
A pounce
And probably a yank move.

The people that dont want them in the game because it takes a spot from their favorite.

hulks thunder clap and juggernauts ground stomp are very similar.
