Hope they bring it back because one of the main reasons I just bought it was so I could play it online with my buddy who has them.  Now I can’t because I need the compatability update that is no longer available since they took it all down, and I don’t know if he’d be willing to share it from his PSN, given weither its even still on the servers and just not in the store or if its completely removed.  This was a really dumb move on whoever’s part it was that removed it all. Might be returning the game if this is the case, since I’m not opening it until I hear back from my buddy.

i actually did get my dlc but my 360 got the ring of death but luckily i got it fixed however i had to redownload everything but by the time that happened the dlc was taken off and that pissed me of really bad. i wonder if someone has a memory unit for the 360 that they give away which has the dlc and i’ll be able to play as them again? but a gold edition just like the first game would be nice as well

*signs* Just bought this game yesterday expecting to be able to download the extra characters and especially the compatability pack so I can play with my buddy online and what do you know, its not there.  Freakin stupid, I’m returning the game since I didn’t open it and I’m getting something else from a different company that actually supports their games completely.  This is outragious!!! I can’t believe this bull.  Activision isn’t going to get support from me ever again if this is the case.  BRING IT BACK!!!

i actually found out that i still have my dlc under my purchase history and i re-downloaded it but it only comes up when im only on xbox live cuz i had the ring of death before and whenever i downloaded something i already bought it says that its assigned to another console because microsoft gave me a new console instead of my old one. i think i have to erase the memory for the game in order to get it back because when i first downloaded my characters the game would freeze everytime i played as cable or black panther because there was too much memory so i deleted the memory for that as well as some other games. so i hope i get it to work next time!

you know what? if we can get together and follow the fourum thread starter person’s advice, i bet we could be able to show the game makers that we honestly and deeply do want the dlcs back

Dude! I just got the game knowing I couldnt get Juggernaught but hoping somewhere along the way I just might find a way to get him. Then after lookin around online a bit, seeing I could be magneto and Carnage and stuff I felt a little better about my lack of the ‘naught.NOW I see I cant even get them at all either...FML ...and WTF?! Im ‘e’-signing this petition. please bring the dlc back...my version is xbox.

I was completely disappointed after getting the game around Christmas. I had been wanting it since it was announced but I had no money to buy it. When I saw Psylocke on the roster I freaked out. She is, hands down, my favorite X-Man. So I finally got the game and got home to immediately download the new characters and everything. I even had the money for the dlc saved up. But when I found out (after a few frustrating hours) online that the dlc was taken off, I was incredibly disappointed. I know I wanted the game before I knew about Psylocke, but to hype it up just to remove it soon after was harsh. If they could somehow put it back up, I would totally buy it and all would be forgiven.

I totally agree. It’s unfair and a pretty stupid move. Good way to keep customers coming back. Who ever thought of that idea should be fired. The old DLC is still up to this day..so why not this one!  I Want the damned DLC!!! RE-RELEASE IT!!!!!

Well, in a podcast interview yesterday with Kotaku, Mike Baker, head of Marvel’s licensed games division said they are actively negotiating with Activision to get the Activision servers turned back on which contain the DLC packs for both MUA 1 and 2.  Hopefully we’ll see some movement on this as I am an avid fan of both games and managed to miss the extremely tiny window for the MUA2 DLC pack and I feel gypped.  Keep your fingers crossed, perhaps the negotiations will work.
